Transaction fail

Dear Sir,

my self rajeev gupta my saving a/c no. is 101069, I am going to ATM Axis bank dt - 11-12 (branch Ballabgarh) trasaction number SPCC0392AXIS BANK LI-NFS008587 and withdraw amount 10000/- but machine did't get money and I check my statement it is debit my account, so you requested please help me... and the reason of declined the trasaction till date we have not received amount.
