IOB Card in ICICI ATM - Network Error:
Sir,
My name is Rajkumar and I am an account holder of IOB. On 10th July, I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.5000/- from ICICI atm at Jain College, Thorappakkam, Chennai. The atm machine displayed "Your transaction is being processed", and after some 5 minutes it displayed "Network Error", and neither the cash not the printed slip was dispensed. So I withdrew the same amount from an atm just beside it in the same room.
After checking with a machine near to that. I found out that Rs 5000/- has been deducted from my savings a/c. Please look into this matter, and rectify the error, so that I may get back my hard earned money.
