Sir,

In respect to the above subject; I HIREN NARESH PAREKH, Resident of Shiva Doctor’s Street, Parekh Street, Morvi-363641. I obtain credit card no. 5176 5210 0530 0134, issued by HDFC Bank Ltd. Morvi Branch. Against the said card I have taken the cash loan of Rs. 6- (Rs. Sixty Two Thousand Only) in the 5th day of August. I repaid the loan on the 23rd day of December in full as per instruction of your advisor. After completing all the formalities I asked the bank to issue me NOC. But I was shocked that bank ask me to pay Rs. 9000/- (Rs. Nine Thousand Only) against the interest as they asked that you did not pay the full amount against the loan, but you just pay the amount to equalized the account and it is not considered as your settlement of your loan account.

You are requested to look in the matter please as early as possible.
