I worked in (ICICI BANK) through I-PROCESS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a n agency manager from 05-02 to 30-09 at Mangalore Location.

I got good offer in HDFC bank & wanted to transefer my PF account form no.13 is submitted by I-PROCESS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED but PF account not yet transefered so I submitted form 19, 10C for claim in Aug still now I am not received PF amount.

Now I am not working in HDFC bank so kindly issue a DD (PF amount) favouring to my name.

Kindly look this matter on priority basis & resolve it.
