Sir/Madam,
I have taken a kotak policy, and then have requested for the cancellation of the policy, as it was not meeting my requirment and the verbal commitment that was made to me by the agents.
But now i have received a mail on 12-Aug-10, dated 03-aug-10, stating inability to consider my request for cancellation of policy, stating that the free lookup period has lapsed.
Though the cancellation request was made very much within the free lookup period of 15 days.

I have initiated my mail correspondence on 08-jun-10 and then finally sent the documents back to the company for cancellation on 14-jun-10.
Kotak representatives have told me that they have recorded my discussion with them, i am sure, if they have recorded all the discussions they must be have the recording that will support my claim.
Request you to help me in getting my money back with delay penalty, and punish them for harrassing me.
