NON RECEIPT OF IT REFUND: AY 10

1. Income Tax refund for the AY 10 has yet not been credited to my account inspite of having submitted tax return on time.

2. It might also be pertinent to mention here that I was unable to contact the ITO for redressal of my grevience as nobody answers at 020-26451515.
