I used the ATM of Jammu & kashmir bank Parede kanpur nagar on 13/10/10 at 5 pm but the ammount was not disburse from machine but the ammount debited in my accounnt. after that i receive the memo that UNABLE TO DISPENCE i lodged thhe complaint at Union bank of india on 20/10/10 but the ammount was crediited in my account. the particulars are :-
