I have policy in name of sanjay kumar singh haveing its no. 28683112dated 24/3/01. issued by your office mugalsrai baranch. since it is money back poicy so your office has issued me the 2nd chq against my money retrun but 2 times this chq has neen retruned by your bank by giving us the excuse of not allocated to the branch so retruned amount was rs. 10000/- and chq no. of the 37941 .
since chq bounces is due to the falut of your office i have to pay the bank rs. 700/- where as iam not defulter for the same so, i want this money should also be paid by you and also issue us the fresh chq.
