Hi to all.

See the difference between utitsl and nsdl service...

1) nsdl provides the couriers detail with document number while utitsl does not.

2) NSDL customer service is bette than utitsl as i saw during my pan card application.

3) You can apply the pan application online in NSDL while utitsl does not.

4) utitsl delhi branch do not response against any complaint fax or call while NSDL do.
