I had applied for a fixed deposit for Rs. 15, 000.00 for 3 years on 16/09 vide cheque no. 053491 drawn on HDFC Bank- Goregaon branch. After lot of communication and follow ups I have recieved the FDR (that is after 6 months) but ttill todate have not receievd the Interest warrants for the year March till date.
Also they have a wrong address listed in theor records for which as a customer given them an undertaking on a stamped paper.
My correct address is as follows :
