I am, jayesh prajapti. I am using tata docomo from 2 yrs My mobile number is "8097794615". A service is activated in my cell, named "endless music" around 2 months ago. Due to this service, my balance is deducting, continuously. When my balance is more than 5 rs, my balance is deducting, in the rate of 14 rs/ day.
Due to this condition I am not recharging my cell. I called customer care several times but they did'nt listen me. They used to promise me that they will deactive this service but they did'nt. Due to this service I lost many rupees.
So I want to do a complaint on "TATA DOCOMO".
