Before Sell on Call from the Customer Care it was Several time Confirm of these Education Matter to ID card Details and same do to the send address Place “Eastern Logica” the Sales Man Srivastavji and he confirm from His Senior after Showing the ID Cards then only we went through and every document was Scanned the Day at “Eastern Logica” of the day Purchase except My Brother Somyajeet Dey PAN CARD which was Done from Home and Same Eastern Logica after 3 - 4 Days of Purchase when a Serial No Misleading Distinctive emails started coming from Lenovo which was Confirmed from the Dealer to Ignore as Mismatch in the Lenovo Data Bank and same was confirm via Calling Lenovo Toll Free No details on attachments and same day Brother PAN card they scan and resend it to govasool etc format and same Twice Mine was done[after Uploading the 3 required Scan document Portion shown Right Sign which was Shown and Confirm from Eastern Logica Representative ]….but the Twist in Serial No was Excused…whose Fault…..Do After Sell its Customer to Roam and Destroy his Sum / Time / Energy on these…what’s Lenovo Duty Excuse EXCUSE…..and to cut the Customer Phone on Toll Free No on dial No after Sell Inquiry???...but before Sell Inquiry Just 1 Call Your Day to Week Full of Call??? Reverse!!! PRIVATE WORLD OF BUSINESS STRATEGY.
It’s We Had to Always Popup and Remind as Like When call on No 080-40803980 on/within 1st Week of November 1 High End English Women Said / SAYS as per Serial No of Somyajeet Dey his Gift is Already Dispatched on September and he had already received it…???
