I would like to inform that, one pair of Adidas Sport Shoe (Size- 9) supplied by your authorized firm M/S Dheer Marketing India, 312, A- 313, Shanti Gopal Chamber, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, New Delhi- 110092 was purchased from Canteen of Group Centre, CRPF, Dayapur, Silchar (Assam) during Dec’ but sorry to inform that sole of said shoe has been completely damaged. It had used only for merely one hour game of Badminton. Inadvertently, I would also like to inform that by seeing this type of performance of Shoe of a highly reputed shoe company, colleagues and sub ordinate Officers & Jawans of this campus are also avoiding to purchase such shoes from canteen.
Grateful, if damaged pair may kindly be replace by sending your representative to our campus. Photographs of damaged shoes are enclosed for ready reference please. Your kind co-operation on this regard will be highly appreciated. I will wait for your reply and positive action on the subject. However, please don’t compel me to paste the photographs of above damaged shoes to web site and knock the door of concerned courts for justice on the subject.
