NON PAYMENT OF TDR

I have taken investment plan wide acknowledgement no- 50/437 office code-50 Farukhabad. R. O dated 06/06/1996 of Rs.35000. Which is payable after 36 months date 05/06/1999 the total amount payable by usRs. 70000 (Rupees Seventy Thousand Only) but still i could not get any payment from compny . plz tell me how can i got my money.
