I had bought Kent RO in Dwarka, From their Dwarka office, the CO is charging money During Warranty period, once Asked Why? the reply was go and report any where, Now I wanty to move to consumer court. they dare to even OLd and used pump, where as they are supposew to replace the defective pump by new.
