I have applied for a pension plan with Kotak Life and the policy was not processed due to wrong entries by their staff. I have requested for Cancellation of policy as it was not processed at all on 23/09 and till date i have not received my refund. Whenever i have contacted customer care i have been told that i would take 3-7 buisness days and it going to be a month.
What action can i take against Kotak Life.
