point no.1--agent told me sbi life insurance company and further told me that there is a policy named as shubh nivesh and even if me is more than the age of 60 years, he can be insured under the said policy and on this pretext you took a sum of rupess 10000/- from me named above for the above purposes.that to the great surprise od me the addressee send the ploicy of kotak mohinder life insurance instead of sbi life insurancve policy.in fact me never purchased policy of kotak mohinder life insurance said policy does not bear signatures of me.& the age of me the said policy has been mentiones as 58 years, whereas me age is 61 years old.all the family history is wrong.my date birth is wrong.and mobile number is mentioned wrong.my kotak mohinder life insurance policy number is 02268068
