COMPLAINT REGARDING CONDUCT OF BUSINESS BY KOTAK MAHINDRA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. AND REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL OF COMPLETE PAYMENTS MADE BY ME SO FAR, POLICY NO. 01615100, 02115732, 01866517 & 01898762. TOTAL AMOUNT CONTRIBUTED ONE LAC FIFTEEN THOUSAND.
Dear Sir,
With due respect I am constrained to mention that your broker have cheated me by not divulging the facts of policies while filling up the forms. In two cases of my investment the broker have filled the forms by showing the names of a person whom I wished to be nominated as my nominee only (i.e Mr. Sailesh Rana) in policy no. 01866517 dated 30/01 and 01898762 dated 24/02. This amounts to a clear cheating & fraud. In all the four cases of my investments, I was never told by your representative / broker who conducted the business that I would have to pay the premiums every year. I was misguided and told that I am required to pay the premium once only. Document of policy issued by your office are beyond my comprehension as the same have been printed in very small letters which are difficult to read and decode. I take it as a big cheating and bluff on the part of everyone involved.
I sincerely wish that my policies conducted through fraudulent means may immediately be closed and complete amount paid by me returned to me without any deductions.
