Unauthrised deduction of Rs20 in place of Rs.10

Rs.20/ has been deducted from my SB A/c No.10230839368 in the head of updation of non-home passbook. My account is in ISM (Campus) br., Dhanbad and updation was done from Koyla Nagar Township br., Dhanbad. If updation charge is Rs.10 for non-home passbook, then why Rs.20 has been deducted from my account.
