Lack of Customer Service

Hi to whomsoever this is concerned,

I had spoke to HDFC Banl Credit Card Customer Care and asked for a new card to be sent as my old card was damaged. Later on i realised that i have not updated my new address. The card was sent to the old address and was returned to the Bank. Today morning 1/8 11:00 AM i spoke to a lady (not sure if she has updated this in the records). She was so rude and not willing to listen to what i was saying. I am a HDFC customer for almost 6 years and did not except such rubbish service. This is mainly targetted to the lady on the phone.

Anothing this is i wrote a letter couple of days back to the HDFC Bank Arumbakkam branch to change my address details and they said that it will take 4 business days and also in the meantime i can have the card sent to the branch for me to collect it.

This lady said that this is not possible and i will need to wait for the address change. This is utter rubbish. She must be a new comer or just saying some rubbish.

Please have my card send to the Arumbakkam Branch. If someone can get in touch with me at [email protected] i will provide the details.

The lady on the phone is letting down HDFC as a bank is what i felt today. You guys are doing a good job and don't have such small mishaps please.
