LIC/Amulya Jeevan
I have paid Rs. 8600 eight months back but still didnt got niether policy nor refund

Dear Sir,

This is for your information and action that I had paid Rs. 8600 for LIC term plan (Amulya Jeevan) on 02-Feb and the same had been debited from my acocunt on dated - 10-Feb. I have gone through all the suggested medical tests and submited requested document still I didn't got neither policy nor refund.

I have went LIC south-ex branch couple of times, but still waiting for the reply...
