I deposited Rs 12, 500 towards proposal deposit vide BOC 3762, DO cd 0006970, Agent cd 0106490H at Fort service br cd 90H on 16-11.4 months have passed and there is no communication or policy bond. DO & Agent are not responding. I want immediate action to be taken and a communication w.r.t. this policy or else return of amount with interest.

What is worse, the LIC portal will not accept this complaint as there is no policy number. How can I provide you policy number when the complaint itself is about poilcy number not being alloted by LIC.
