Payment not done for LIC policy after maturity

LIC POLICY NO 330676094 matured - NO REPLY FROM LIC

I had sent numerous mail to the LIC .But till date i had not received any reply from them, My policy was matured on 8th March & now it is more than a month. If LIC can force us to pay late payment charges when our premium gets delayed, Can't we also deserve to get the late payment/interest charges from LIC.

SO far, I had not received a single email reply from LIC in this regard. Then what is the purpose of your email ID/computer in LIC.
