Not received payment against policy

I am 64 year old men, I have not received the payment for my policy # 373710576 Bima Gold, date of commencement of policy 24/02.

According to this 15% of total amount of pliocy must be refunded after 4 years as it completed on 2010 and still not recieved the payment When I asked to agent and LIC office for the payment against the policy they replied that check already sent but we not received any check.

kindly help us to about this
