Epayment of policy

I m friend of Mr. Dilip Hanumant Holkar who died on 24/01 because o pulmonary embolism & pulmonary tuberculosis. LIC agent not asked him about his medical history before making policy. Agent also done his medical check up at the time of policy making, but they doesn't find any disease. But now they said like Mr. Dilip had an hart disease before 2 years, why you are not telling us regarding disease. His LIC agent not make an any inquiry about his medical history then what is our mistake.

Now LIC office said that his heart disease is before making LIC policy. So that they doesn't make payment.
