Policy Amount not Paid

Hi,

Its very sad that i am writing an complaint against LIC.When some one busy LIC he knows after him his family will take care in terms of money.

But this is not the case of my family. My father took 3 LIC and he expired last year in May since then his LIC amount is not being paid off. My mother is having an trouble time. The agent is not doing anything just simply saying that its going to be done. I cannot accept this, when it comes to take the premium they took in time but when it come to return the money they are showing colors.

And when my mother warned that agent that we will give a complaint he said you can complaint nothing will happen

Out of 3 LIC's only 1 i paid off till now. Please take some fast action against my complaint as mother dont know much about all these things and that agent is taking advantage of her.
