Respected Sir,

I deposited my policy bond on 12-11 policy no 114030729 along with discharge form & other documents to obtain maturity proceed. I have already sent 3 time my staff personally to enquire about the payment.

I came to know that my documents has been lost in the branch due to sheer negligence of staff nobody has been co-operating to release my payment and also making mockery of costumer service either.

You are requested to inquire in to the matter and expedite the same with interest otherwise i shall have to go for legal recourse at your cost & responsibility.
