LICI/Market Plus-I
Non receipt of Market Plus-I certificate and Rs. 5000

Dear Sir,

With due respect I want to lodge a complain regarding non receipt of my certicate of Market Plus-I policy of Rs. 100, 000/- and also Rs. 5000/ of commision, which I suppose to get from Mr. Mrinmoy Basu (LIC agent of Lake Town Branch) and the same already I informed to Chief Manager of Lake Town Branch on 22.07.2010 but till date he has not taken initiative to get back my certificate as well as my money. Another reminder letter I will forward to him on 16.08.2010. The draft of Rs. 5000/- which I got from Mr. Mrinmoy Basu that have no meaning as there having no money in his account since 2 months.

Pls you look into the matter and do the needful.
