False Information policy

Due to very bad service of my LIC agent, i sent an email to LIC but no use for that. Pls find below some of them:

Pl find the reasons below:

1) Always gives false Information which he accepted infront of his D.O Mr. Kama Raj (Sathur Branch) 2 years ago. But funniest thing is the D.O himself was trying to protech him.

- He verbally promised me that

1.1 I can surrender the policy any time. This was a lie. The truth is that its possible only after 3 yrs.

1.2 After paying few premiums i could bring down my sum assured amount and that LIC will distribute the paid up premiums for

the future period.

2) If i need any information, he never communicated with in the time frame (Most of the time gives an execuse that my phone is not reachable)

- I called him on the 7th of April till date no reply from him as he promised he will get back to me with in a day.

On the whole i would not like to do business with totally irresponsible, unknowledgeable and unprofessional agent like him.

Just to let u know, annually i m paying Rs1, 40, 000/- I already dropped one lic policy which i paid Rs64, 000/- annually for three years (Reason being this agent).

Hope you will oblige and do the needful at the earliest!

MY Policy no : 743729182, i dont know the agent code at the movement, pl try to find out from my policy.

Can i have the agent changing procedure?

Again, i dont want to continue with this agent. I m very much fedup with his service.

In response to your your mail we wish to state that your complaint is very genuine one and we working on it. The Agent code No is 0061374X Mr. Madasamy. Meanwhile we request you not to go for stop payment which incurr loss to both financially and the protection for life cover which is important here. We are taking action against againt for his non-involvement. There is no provision to change an agent from LIC policy as per existing provision. This is for your information.

AFTER THAT NO PROPER ANSWER FROM THEM. And i went to the LIC office and surrendered my Policy and nearly i lost Rs1, 25, 000/- due to false information which my lic agent gave me during the policy time. So Need to take some action againt the agent so that he will not fool around anyone in future.
