NON RECEIVE OF POLICY BOND

Sir,

This is to inform you that I, NIANG MUAN KIM POLICY NO.116672219 have join your policy from january (D.O.C 24/01)

and till now i don't receive my POLICY BOND.Its has been more than eight (8) months till now and i have already given the written complaint also and nothing was done.
