NO response from LIC Kanpur office

I am trying my level best to Contact LIC office Kanpur through registered mail but no reply. I want them to crdit my pension directly to My SBI account. MY policy number is (221480211, Jeevan Suraksha). I am trying to lodge my complaint through LIC site but it just doesn't work. I wsish the largest corporation in the country to maintain a good website and address consumer complaints.
