Sub: Policy No 512060618 endowment Policy Paid but shows not paid

Sir,

I have paid my LIC premium to LIC Branch Swarajpuri, Gaya as per below mentioned details and already complain to LIC india, Swarajpri road Br. Gaya and Patna Divison office but they are neither giving any reply nor correcting there data.

S No CHQ. No BANK CHQ DT CLEARED DT AMT

3 720284 PNB Ex. Road 28/02/09 19/03/09 4201

4 167642 Axis Bank 26/08/09 14/09/09 4201

5 720288 PNB Ex. Road 03/02/10 Not Presented to Bank by LIC

But I regret to say that all above mentioned premiums I have paid are not reflecting in LIC’s database and they are been asking me to deposit same premiums again.

Please look into this matter and do correct their data so I could submit next premium undoubtly.

Please let me know if these payments are not been taken in my account correctly.
