this is regarding of policy no. 903162072 issued by branch 913, mumbai do1. due to clerical mistake of lic staff my 1st ecs mandate was dishonored by my bank. after getting information i am contacted mr yogesh shah (agent). from january he has follow up with lic;s PCMC DEPT, HOME BRANCH, DIV.OFFICE'S ULIP DEPT, IT DEPT. but all of his efforts were goes to drain. from jan 08 to march 08 ecs deduction done. after persuing the matter by my agent yogesh shah LIC does not take interest in continue the said policy & foreclosed the said policy. Total four payment of rs 1000/- each was debited from my a/c. but LIC told to my agent that all premium has now nil. & your client will not get any amount.
for this my agent has follow up for more than 100 times with lic offices. but not any offices help to revive or reinstate this policy. i am feeling that lic of india cheated me & not its services as good as it is claimed MOST TRUSTED BRAND FOR CONSECUTIVE 5-7 YEARS.
I WANT REPLY OTHERWISE I WILL APPROACH OMBUDSMAN.
