Policy Documents (Bond) Not Received

Dear Sir,

Second time I approaching this forum for addressing my same complaint. I am having the policy no. 124663082 (Jeevan Astha) worth Rs.25, 000 from LIC of India, Branch-Mori Gate Code - 3909-3912, Premium Slip No. 0031063 dated 21-01.

I am sorry to inform you that till now I have not received the my POLICY BOND.Several time I have visited and contacted the senior persons in the branch but there is no fruitful response from the concerns branch.

So therefore I request you to do the needful ASAP in this regard so that I can continuosly faith on the India's Largest Insurance Company. Kindly let me know if you need any other input from my side.

I am attaching the premium slip along with this mail.

This is my last reminder to concerned authority. If I won't receive my Policy Bond within 10 working days (from 30th-Dec) then I will move to court for the needful.
