Respected Sir,

I, Y.L.. Raju have taken a policy with no.672688760 from CB II, 685, vijayawada.

Due to some reasons I want to transfer my policy to cab. 67A, vijayawada from above branch. I have already intimated the matter to policy servicing section AAO by writtenly (on 9th May). Still now that policy record was not transferred.

Please solve my problem as early as possible.
