I had deposited a cheque of Rs 9791/- in your Branch on 24.02.2010 against Policy No 113106790 paid vide Cheque No 828073 dated 24.02.2010 drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad, Shalimar Bagh Branch, Delhi – 88. The said cheque was not presented to my bank till today. On enquiry from your branch no satisfactory reply was received. I have visited your branch several times but have no results.

Keeping in view of the above, I request you to please look in to the matter and kindly let me know, why you have not deposited the said cheque till date.
