Dear Sir /Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that my Policy no: - 901727957 of Mr. KamleshKumar Jagdish Tiwari which are commenced, I had applied for loan against this policy in the month of January, but till date I had nor received any loan amount nor any intimation that whether the loan is sanctioned or not or cheque is drawn or not in my favour, if at all now the cheque is prepared or not prepared I m not concern about that cheque, I m interested in that LIC should return back my policy Bond which is mentioned above.

But LIC is not a Customer Centric Organization in today’s world, the way people believe in LIC is having false faith. If LIC would be a customer Centric Organization then it would had bother to take care of Customer by informing in mail or by giving a courtesy telephonic call. So I request you to return back my policy bond immediately as I had not received any loan from your good self or nor any loan amount cheque.

Kindly returns back my Policy As soon as possible.
