Having LIC Policy No. 971016627 from Branch Code : 973 i.e. Sadar Branch, Nagpur

We have apply for the revival of the same on dtd. 27-06 with all needs & documents along with medical

as per lic norms.

But that day was saturday & Mr. Takalkar was there but he refused to make the revival and said I am not intersted in the same.

So I go to the Branch Manager they directed to lady officer Mrs. Nandanwar to do the same.

Then after doing the fomality of the revival they said to deposite the Cash of Rs. 9, 615/- on the counter & We made it on the same date i.e. on 27-06.

Then after neither response from the office nor any detailed was given to us. We ask for the policy in the same office, Mr. Takalkar said they send the policy by post after revival procedure, you need not to come.

And one day i.e. on 30-04 we have received the letter dtd. 23-03 from 973-LIC Sadar Branch that our policy is in Pacca Lapsed so refund of deposited amount by cheque of Rs. 9615/- no. 364540 dtd. 24-03.

Then We have visited the same office & ask about the problem in revival of our policy but Mr. Takalkar refused to talk anything on it.

Then I meet the branch manager Mr. Banargee, & pointed out that our policy must be revival, after looking in the matter, they realised that our policy is liable for revival & they admit the same, as per their direction I give the application to revival the same policy on dtd. 13-05.

then on we have received the letter on dtd. 21-06 from said office, Our Policy is in Pacca Lapsed position & admit the same in letter that last date of Revival of our policy is 28-06 and we have made the payment on dtd. 27-06.

We again visited to same office again on 22-06, Mr. Takalkar & Mrs. Nandanwar refused to talk to us, I have again meet the BM Mr. Banargee, they directed to Mrs Nandanwar to do the revival of our policy.

Again we visited the office Mrs. Nandanwar said our policy is not revival by our mistake and computer not taken the revival so your policy is reffered to Head Office, we call you back, u need not to come again.

On 14-07 Mrs. Nandanwar ask us to come to office & Meet Mr. Takalkar on 15-07.

On 15-07 mr. takalkar ask us to submit Address Proof, Photo ID, Photographs along with the medical & payment with interest up to date.

We clear to him that we did not deposit the refunded cheque, also we have fulfill the all necessary documentation along with the medical at the time of revival proposal then only you give us the permission to deposit the amount, then why should we make the new proposal again.

then Mr. Takalkar & Mrs. Nandanwar said us in the very rough language, we can revival my policy they see.

We meet BM Mr. Banargee they said to find matter day after.

But Still we have not received any call from them. So We have decided to complaining about the same,
