No payment status found after Transfer of Policy

Dear Sir,

I taken a insurance policy LIC BIMA GOLD (Policy No-454356107) in 2006 (28/2) at Siliguri, West Bengal for yrly payment Rs 3584/- per year after that i deposited 2 years yearly premium up to 2008 and wrote LIC to transfer my account to my native place ie. Bihar Sharif Branch, Nalanda, Bihar and LIC had confirmed it through letter but after which i visited to Bihar Sharif Br to deposit my next yrly premium but they said that no payment status found. So, plz guide me what i do against LIC for harassing me.
