This is to inform you that I have deposited my above mention original lic policy bond on dated 29.07.2009 to chakradharpur branch lic office under jamshedpur division for change of Nominee. But up till now I have not received my policy bond. After enquiry I could know that the Nominee has been changed in computer data. But yet the policy bond has not received. I have approached to the branch manager chakradharpur branch many times for necessary action about my policy bond, but nothing has been done so far. you are therefore, requested to kindly direct the branch manager chakradharpur branch to arrenge the policy bond immediately. An early action on the matter will be highly solicited.
