My name is priyanka Sharma, I have take a life insurance corporation OF INDIA policy no. 123336847 date 04/08. My agent agency code is 0004711M & devo code 5011011. My problem is that I have got a cheak on date 2/4 amount is 26807/- & ch.no. is 087631 against ch. No. 004556889 after getting cheak I have gone to lic office cheak status of my policy then fond that my policy was cylinder on date 15/12 and this ch. Issue is cylinder value . but my policy bond is with me & I have no application give to lic for policy cylinder . how to be this possible or not, I am very sad to know that. I have discussed with agent then he told me that I have cylinder ur policy & now you can not do any thing. I want to that which paper was used for cylinder the policy without my permission . i hope u give possitive response.
