Non-payment of monthly pension against jeevan suraksha policy no 377971010

I have already lodged one complain about the same subject. The policy has been obtained from UMARIA Branch (3098), MP. Now I have been settled at Bilaspur, CG after my retirement. I am facing financial constraints due to non payment of the pension. I am a retired employee. Will you directly take up the matter with LIC? You are requested to please confirm what more should I do to get the pension amount.
