I had a four policy in lic corp of india in teynampet branch (chennai), i told them that i want to surrender my three policy (visited on 30.3.2011), but they told me that they cannot accept my surrender till 8th of april stating the reason as month end.(11 days is a month end closing, i had no time to laugh)
my argument is that sensex is diping from today, so i will loose my hard earned money if they accept to surrrender on 8th of april,
why should i loose my hard earned money for their unimaginable month end reason of 11 days (they had stopped suurending from 28th of march)
my question is that if they can log in a new policy why can't they log out (surrender) my policy.(i had confirmed this by asking that if i want to take a new policy)
