Hi
This is regarding my LIC Policy # 110731800. The policy has matured and I am supposed to paid in monthly instalments every month. I have not received the cheques for the payment thi year. I have tried to call them and wrote to them on several times. But I have not got any response from them.
The experience is very pathetic. They have got a Customer Complaint Cell but either nobody responds on the numbers given on the website, or it says that the number is invalid.
Looking for help, if somebody can help sort this out.
