Non Revival/Non Surrender of LIC Policies

I am Agent of LIC for past 15 years. In one of my client case LIC Branch 928K Ghatkopar (E) Mumbai is refusing to revive the policies on the ground the Medical report of the Client residing in Delhi has not been received by us in original. The Scan copy of original report has been sent by TPA to me and I have forwarded the same to LIC Branch 928K . Still the LIC branch is refusing to revive the Policy. Kindly assist in this matte
