Non payment of maturity pension

I avail a lic jivan dhara policy no 892454083 on 31.03.1994. in salary savings scheame.how ever in aug 1997 i have to take volintere retairement from my service and come back to my native place in kolkata.and before leaving mumbai i paid the necessary amount for transfer the above policy to kolkata.and the authority confirm to do the necessary transfer of my policy.but till date they could not sucess. and the policy mature on last 01.04.2007. so please help me to getting my money.
