Bimal kanti das of adisaptagram had 3 different policies in pandua branch of hooghly district since 1999 and 2000.

He expired by sudden heart attack in 26th June. Death certificate and all relevant documents have been submitted on 17th august but still now no settlement cheque has been received by his family. The members of his family are in serious condition, but the branch is neglecting the claim settlement, very unfortunate, and need serious step from authority. Please look after the matter as quick as possible.
