Dear Sir/Madam
for more than 15 days i am unable to access my locker no 382 in Punjab National Bank Branch Govind Puram, Ghaziabad.me and my husband visited several times for making request to open locker but no body is responding positively even requests made to Mr. Jain and Branch Manager but he is allegating us that we've locked ur locker and said book complaint wherever u want. I requested you kindly take appropriate action against branch manager giving such irresponsible behavior/attitude towards customers.
