Ad response from customer care members for balance deduction

I, Mayuri Palan, My Loop-Mobile No. is 09664508345.

Am Facing A Lot Of Problems & Inconvenience due to your Poor services.

Without My prior permission 2plans are activated by your side & my balance is deducted by Rs.74.

1st plan is of Live Aarthi for Rs.44 & 2nd Plan is of Antakshari for Rs.30..

This is Not the First time that my balance is getting deducted but its my mistake that I'am reacting so lately.

AND now When I'am talking with your assistants they are telling me that they CANNOT give me a REFUND because it is a Rule that after 48hrs of activation they Cannot give my BALANCE REFUND...

Sir, I would like to know that in which RULES it is written that WITHOUT CUSTOMERS PERMISSION YOU CAN DEDUCT THEIR BALANCE & now you are teaching me these Stupid RULES...

Do you Think that Am a Ideal person sitting over here to check my balance each aND every minute & fight for the balance.

Its your duty to call your Customers & take their permission before Activating any plans directly from your side or at-least seND a Message for Conformation before deducting the Balance.

Your Executive Abhijeet Mangle has asked for 24hrs & he was supposed to even Mail you For the Same if I don't receive a positive response from your side then i will Sue your company & your Executive whose name i have already mentioned before...

I Want My RefuND For Rs.74... now its your look out that how you are going to REFUND.
