Respected Sir,

I am Rosen Khan I have a saving account in SBI, Fortune tower branch. My account number:30025514674. On dated 05.07.12 at the time 9:58AM my SBI ATM card used at your UBI (Union Bank Of India), OMFED branch, BBSR ATM to withdraw Rs.20000.00, when I withdraw Rs.10000.00 at first time I had received my amount Rs10000.00, but when I try to withdraw another Rs.10000.00 for second time then I have not received any amount, but the amount of Rs.20000.00 (Rs.10000 Rs.10000) had been debited in my account. So I have registered a complaint in my account holder SBI branch, complaint no. AT4242542475 on that day 06.7.12, 2nd complaint no. AT42925607044 on that day 25.7.12, but still I haven’t get my amount till now.

So, please help me out and to get my money back fine with RBI rule. Therefore I pray that you will be kind enough to solve my problem.
